Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Riverside Community Care Developmental and Cognitive Services in Norwood!
Work as part of our cohesive, experienced, multi-disciplined team in our Acquired Brain Injury Residential Programs. We offer an extensive array of residential options from 24 hour staffed homes to semi-independent living situations located in a variety of settings, from apartments to homes. These settings provide a framework from which to support individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and gain opportunities from becoming part of their community.
Major responsibilities include assisting the nurse manager with oversight and tracking of medical appointments, oversight of the medication system, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. The LPN would provide guidance, training, supervision and direct supports to allow individuals to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community and develop the skills necessary to be as independent as possible.
Riverside offers fabulous orientation to all staff and supervision.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Required Skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills required
Basic computer fluency (Microsoft Office) required
Driver's license required
Must be able to lift ten pounds
