APDerm Management, LLC Clinical Site Coordinator in Norwood, Massachusetts

Reporting directly to the Clinical Supervisor and Director of Patient Care Services, the Clinical Site Coordinator (CSC) shall provide direct and indirect care to a specified group of patients in the dermatology healthcare setting. CSCs work in collaboration with the physician(s) or other health care provider(s) and other ambulatory support staff internally and externally to deliver quality patient care. The CSC will work in a designated office- Norwood - and assist the Supervisors with staffing and in-office needs.

This is a leadership role witin the practice.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Fill in for staffing needs in designated office as needed (general dermatology and Mohs)

  • Act as the first level, “go to person” for the providers and staff regarding troubleshooting issues

  • Assess patient flow throughout the day in the office and assist as needed

  • Assist in the development, communication, and monitoring of new processes and quality assurance/improvement.

  • Assist the supervisor to ensure that all appropriate equipment is in good working order and ensure appropriate levels of supplies and inventory for office needs by utilizing the appropriate request system while understanding the importance of cost containment

  • Act as a trainer of new clinical staff in designated office

  • Ensure logs are filled out and up to date in designated office

Required:

  • Medical Assistant Certification Required

  • Minimum 5 years as an MA is required with Dermatology clinic experience a plus

  • Relationship management

  • Strategic planning
