Pediatric Physical Therapist position available to begin ASAP
Outpatient - Clinic base services
Pay ranges from $36-40 hourly, DOE
Full-time | Part time applicants will be considered....Your life, your schedule
Full time applicants would be required to provide services for Norwell & Plymouth clinics
HealthPRO Pediatrics is a multi-specialty, child and family-centered practice providing services that include OT, ST, ABA, and currently adding Physical Therapy. Provide skilled physical therapy within the clinic, home and/or school setting
Complete physical therapy assessments using formal and informal assessment tools
Develop and implement developmentally/functionally appropriate client-centered goals
Consistently assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain timely treatment records through our EMR system
All signed no later than end of business hours on Friday (6pm)
Prepare patient reports (evaluation, progress and discharge) within the given timeframes:
Daily notes – complete same day
Initial evaluations – complete within 48 business hours
Re-evaluations – complete on a yearly basis (may be more often based on payer/insurance)
Discharge – complete on day of discharge
Provide ongoing parent support and education including home program for carryover skill development
Collaborate/consult with allied health and education professionals
Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Must hold a current license in MA
Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
