Responsibilities

This is a high volume data entry position. It requires inputing new and updated data into our propiretary software.

Daily Activities inclued but are not limited to:

  • Manage the data input process including the selection of documents, keying changes, investigating and resolving discrepencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.

  • Verifies that all information is keyed accurately and input a timely manner.

  • Key files from box contents from tab of folder or inside first page of folder.

  • Prepping and scanning documents.

  • Perform other customer related tasks and special projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • High level data entry skills required. Speed as well as accuracy a must.

  • Keystrokes 8,000 or better.

  • Fast pace environment in a warehouse environment.

  • Lifting boxes that average from 10 lbs. - 30 lbs. for the duration of the day.

  • Proficiency on a PC, knowledge of Excel and Word.

  • Willing to train in other Departments as needed - this may require travel.

  • Strong organizational skills and a detail orientation required.

  • At least 1 year data entry experience in a service oriented environment with exposure to customer service with a High School diploma or equivalent

  • All around Team Player.
