We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-home nursing care to clients in accordance with their care plans. Responsibilities: Assess client needs and develop care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor clients\' vital signs and report any changes to the physician Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: Active RN license in Massachusetts Experience in home health or similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Home health: 1 year (Required) Nursing: 2 years (Required) At Blissful Home Care, we believe that our employees, patients, and referral partners are our greatest assets.
