Resident Care Director at Brightview North Andover!
Position Type:
FTR- Full Time
Shift:
M-F 8:30a - 5p with MOD rotation
Other Shift:
Brightview Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Nurse for the Health Services Director (Resident Care Director / DON) role at our community in North Andover, MA.
As the Health Services Director you will develop and lead a team of Nurses and be the community's clinical expert! Under your leadership, the team will work together to implement comprehensive resident care plans that meet the high Brightview standards of nursing practice and comply with appropriate state regulations.
You will love this role because of the variety that it provides. Some of the things you will get to do include:
Nursing assessments.
Care oversight which includes care planning, identifying changes in a resident's condition and implementing updated care as needed.
Hiring and training a team of Wellness Nurses and fostering an environment of respect and teamwork.
Monitoring the accurate delivery of medications to our residents.
Working with the residents’ physicians and medical personnel on the best plan of action for their continued care.
Have fun! Engage with the residents and their families as well as the team at Brightview.

You have a Nursing license in good standing.
The geriatric population is a population you're passionate about caring for.
You'd bring 2+ years of experience in a health care supervisory role.
