Duties include: - Assist individuals in all areas of daily living - Provide medical treatment beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff - Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible in order to meet their own personal goals Skills/Abilities: - Compassion - Patience - Effective communication skills Qualifications: - Licensed by MA Board of Nursing as Licensed Practical Nurse and have 2 years of experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. - Valid US driver\'s license and ready access to a vehicle - Complete all initial background checks BFAIR will consider all qualified applicants without regard to gender, race, color, religious creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, and/or protected veteran status.
