Bright Horizons CMS SEO Analyst in Newton, Massachusetts
Primary Purpose
The Content Management Solutions (CMS) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst will have a strong business acumen and a passion for optimizing digital product experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and love solving complex problems. This role requires someone with a proven track record of uncovering SEO opportunities, implementing content management solutions, and delivering impactful results and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital product user engagement and influence business growth.
This hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Research: Conduct ongoing in-depth search engine optimization (SEO) keyword research to identify opportunities for organic site traffic growth, and stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to understand impact of SEO keyword and technical strategies and execution. Monitor, prepare and regularly report on key SEO metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Optimization: Optimize our websites for search engines to improve on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content for improved search visibility. Assist in the creation and optimization of content to align with SEO goals.
Troubleshoot: Act as primary point person to understand content authoring issues, assess and resolve.
CMS Technician: Primary point person to manage and maintain the content management system to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Implement and configure the CMS components, templates and workflows, collaborating with implement and configure CMS components, templates, and work with developers to integrate with other systems and platforms.
Training: Prepare and provide training and support to content editors and other users of the content management platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure search engine optimization and content management system best practices are integrated into product development.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and web content management systems
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sitecore CMS preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with website analytics, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in content management systems (preference for Sitecore CMS), including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
