Riverside Community Care Clinical Supervisor - Outpatient Center *$3,000 Sign-on Bonus* in Newton, Massachusetts

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 after 30 days and $1,500 after 4 months of service.

Clinical Supervisor of our Newton Outpatient Center

Independently Licensed Clinicians encouraged to apply!

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to other clinicians working with children, teens and adults, on both a regularly scheduled and as needed basis, assisting with the handling of urgent situations as they arise, and completing clinical record reviews for staff training and quality management purposes.

The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for providing direct services to client, supporting our outpatient center's growth and new initiatives,, and developing ongoing relationships with community partners.

Schedule: 40 hours a week, hybrid schedule (remote and in office work), flexible shifts!

Salary: $60,000/yr

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.

Required Experience

  • Master’s degree in social work or psychology required.

  • Independent clinical licensure, LICSW, required.

  • Experience providing clinical supervision required.
