Job Description:

Ultrasonographer -per diem

Will train new graduates!

Anna Jaques Hospital, a member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist, per diem to join our team of imaging professionals supporting outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients.

Job Duties

· Under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor and Radiologist, the technologist performs a variety of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and special diagnostic ultrasound procedures.

· Exams performed include abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, breast, and other small parts evaluations.

· Special procedures include fine needle aspirations, breast core biopsies, and wire localization (will train as needed).

Qualifications

· 1 year of experience preferred, but will train a new graduate

· RDMS certified or obtained within 6 months of hire.

· BLS certification needed
