Bear Mountain Health Care ADON / SDC/IFC Registered Nurse in Newburyport, Massachusetts
As the ADNS, you are the second in command of the nursing department. You will work closely with the DONS to improve the quality of patient care and services provided by your team. In their absence, you will oversee the entire team ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures set by your employer.

Requirements:
RN License in the state required. – BSN preferred
Experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility, including geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing preferred.
Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
Training in rehabilitation and restorative nursing care.
Ability to incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care plan.
Ability to organize, plan and supervise the nursing service departments.
