Needham Bank Intern - Treasury Management Client Services in Needham, Massachusetts
Job Descriptions:
Under the direction of the Treasury Management Client Services Team Leader ,performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
RSA Token assignments and activations
Various Business mobile banking/mobile deposit topics.
Assist with updating of procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines and risk assessments
Process all daily work as deemed necessary for Cash Management requests
Assist with Monthly Reporting of all Cash Management areas, including RDC, Wire, ACH and Online Banking systems
Perform research at a supervisor’s request
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and evaluates/recommends technologies to promote departmental efficiency
Participation in project teams to facilitate process improvement, system implementation, conversions and data management functions
Attend meetings and take minutes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Pursuit of a college degree in Business, Finance or related field
Strong knowledge and aptitude for banking, bank regulations, payments, wires and customer service
Interest in Banking preferred
