Hospice RN Overnight 10:00PM-8:00AM, per diem
Territory:Routes 128 and 495 corridor
Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and providing high quality hospice services for patients in the VNA Hospice & Palliative Care Program consistent with the Agency's policies, goals and objectives.
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred or Graduate of Diploma or Associate Degree Program in Nursing.
Licensure:
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Experience:
Minimum of two years nursing experience. Minimum of one year community health experience preferred. Previous triage or intake experience preferred.
