Join the AccentCare team and apply for this RN / Registered Nurse Director Inpatient Center Operations opportunity today! #registerednurse #LI-RJ1 Responsibilities RN / Registered Nurse Director Inpatient Center Responsibilities: Participates in Monthly and Quarterly Clinical & Medical Director Meetings and Team Director Boot Camps as needed. Assists with Inpatient Center start-up operations and preparedness for accreditation surveys. Assist in the development of all clinical protocols & procedures as needed for each IPC clinical position at AccentCare, including performing annual reviews of these protocols and assigning a responsible party to make needed updates. Serves as clinical expert for all AccentCare Inpatient Center locations, including 24/7 on-call situations. Collaborates with the Learning and Development department. Assist with education & training for new Clinical Directors and Team Directors in IPC settings. Organize and run annual education/training sessions for the medical teams including the Annual Medical Director Conference Reviews inpatient audit reports to support clinical services, including process improvement and budget analysis in partnership with the Director of Clinical Informatics. Assists in maintaining site-specific staffing budget. Consult to provide education, training, audit-support and assist in policy review and development as appropriate Review and analysis of; Open Access cases including admissions and ongoing treatments. Quality reports & site KPI compliance. Site Operational activities & subsequent action plans Plan of Corrections for internal & external audits in partnership with Quality and Field Compliance team. Monitors LOS reports and reviews with sites-arears of needed focus Facilitates monthly Team Director/Clinical Director IPC calls. Serve as panel-member for potential Inpatient Center clinical operations positions, as needed. Directly supervise Clinical Support Specialist-IPC Qualifications RN / Registered Nurse Director Inpatient Center Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree preferred 4+ years clinical management experience Registered Nurse License in all applicable states Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification
