Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a per diem Pharmacist. The Pharmacist performs a variety of professional duties to ensure that medications for all patients of BID Hospital - Milton be provided in conformance with current standards of quality pharmaceutical practice in a timely fashion.

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, following established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Pharmacist performs a variety of functions related to the compounding, preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of drug therapies, as well as providing drug information.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and state licensure required.

Experience in hospital pharmacy practice including IV admixture experience is preferred.

Experience with the Pyxis Automated Dispensing Machines and Meditech Information System if preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
