Milford Regional Medical Center RN - Intensive Care in Milford, Massachusetts
Statement of Purpose: The Registered Nurse maintains responsibility for the provision of professional nursing care demonstrated through the nursing process involving assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role, including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization (Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice - ANA, 2010).
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Certification / License: Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts. Current CPR skills and ACLS certifications.
ACLS not required on these floors: 5th Floor, 4th Floor, Consigli, Infusion, IV, Wound Care
ACLS required on these floors only: ICU, Draper PCU, MP-1, Gannett, Float Pool, Endoscopy, Cardiac Cath Lab
Experience: ICU experience preferred.
MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
