Job Description:
Beth Israel Lahey Health is excited to announce the opening of a new Urgent Care clinic in Middleboro, MA. The Urgent Care team is currently searching for Lead Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to provide clinical supervision and operational oversight of all departmental advanced practitioners, and to work with administrative leadership to implement process and clinical improvement.
Details:
Full time; 40 hrs/week
Growing practice; new location
Responsible for orientation, training, and mentoring of newly hired Advanced Practitioners.
Responsible for monitoring productivity
Participates in interviewing and hiring additional APP staff
In consultation with the Department Chair, provide input to performance reviews
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the department leadership team
Some off shift work hours may be required
Carrying a beeper as necessary may be required
Perform various direct patient care tasks
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Master’s in Nursing program or a Physician Assistant program
Certification and current NP or PA license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
