Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tig Welder to join their team. As a Tig Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting a skilled team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Tig Welder

Location: Methuen, MA

Pay Range: $24 - $28 based on experience

Schedule

1 st Shift Mon-Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm with possible over time

2 nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:30pm – 2:00am possible over time

What's the Job?

• Tig welding aluminum in a job shop environment.

• Interpreting and understanding blueprints and technical drawings.

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Maintaining high-quality standards in all welding tasks.

• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in Tig welding aluminum.

• Ability to weld materials with a thickness of .060”.

• Strong understanding of prints and technical specifications.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Commitment to safety and quality in all work performed.
