Per Diem As Needed
RN Operating Room Job description for Andover Surgery Center.
Lead team in providing quality patient care.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge from the operating room.
Circulate and scrub a variety of cases.
Direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner in a fast paced surgery center environment.
Act as a role model to other staff members.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
Previous OR experience preferred.
Graduate of an OR Training Program preferred.
ACLS and PALS required.
Strong communication skills needed.
