Massachusetts Employer Pharmacy Tech in training in Methuen, Massachusetts
OVERVIEW: The major responsibility of the Pharmacy Tech in Training is to support the Pharmacist in the prescription fulfillment process. DUTIES: Excellent customer service skills are required. One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. The Pharmacy Tech in Training should be willing to take additional training to sharpen any skill deficiencies. Licenses/Certification: Valid Driver?s License To work towards the Registration with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Pharmacy Technician. Pharmacy Technicians are allowed to work as a ?tech in training? for up to 500 hours. Following this training period they are required to become registered. This is a partial job description.
