Robert Half Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts
Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in the healthcare industry, located in Methuen, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring talent, developing recruitment strategies, assessing candidate qualifications, managing candidate relationships, ensuring compliance and documentation, collaborating on hiring, and promoting the employer brand.
Must be bilingual in Spanish / English
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals to source and acquire medical professionals.
• Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and enhance communication.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the healthcare organization.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility to ensure an optimal match.
• Foster strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and detail-oriented communication.
• Comply with all relevant hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards, maintaining accurate and current records in the applicant tracking system.
• Promote the healthcare organization as a preferred employer within the medical community, participating in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events.
• Use your language skills to facilitate communication and translation in the medical office.
Requirements • Proficient in medical office procedures and protocols
• Fluent in Spanish language, both written and spoken
• Experience in Spanish translation, particularly in a medical setting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate patient care
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate patient records
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services
• Proficient with computer systems, including electronic health records systems
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies
