We are in search of a Spanish speaking Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team based in Methuen, Massachusetts. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing patient care and services while collaborating closely with the Human Resources department. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your skills in the Spanish language to facilitate communication and provide superior customer service.

• Leverage various recruitment channels, including social media and networking events, to attract and retain top-tier medical professionals.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit within our healthcare organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Adhere to all hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels.

• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our presence within the medical community.

Requirements

• Proficiency in medical office procedures and operations is required

• Fluency in Spanish language is A MUST

• Ability to translate medical documents from English to Spanish and vice versa is necessary
