Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join their team. As a CNC Milling Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Milling Operator

Location: Methuen, MA

Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 Based on experience and machinist test outcome

Schedule: 1 st Shift Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with over time

What's the Job?

• Set up CNC milling centers independently and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Read and interpret technical prints and specifications.

• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micro heights, and depth gauges.

• Understand basic “G” code for machine operation.

• Work the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience setting up CNC milling centers.

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine issues.

• Experience with Haas mills is a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
