Wellforce Occupational Therapist in Medford, Massachusetts
Position Summary: The Occupational Therapist II has over 6 years clinical experience and/or who has received an advanced degree or training in their field. The OT II evaluates and treats patients at a highly developed, advanced level with a wide variety of disabilities in the inpatient and/or outpatient settings as their specialized training indicates. The OT II has advanced education/training in evaluating and treating all age groups to help patients achieve a maximum level of function using various therapeutic exercises, activities, splinting, modalities and skills. The OT II is responsible for documenting all age appropriate patient care treatments in the medical record to comply with the policy and procedures of the department, organization and JCAHO requirements.
BS in OT with Advanced degree in OT and clinical specialty preferred, MA license. CPR certified.
6+ years of clinical experience preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent clinical skills.
