Collins Aerospace's Marlborough Engineering site is seeking an Onsite Material Management professional who understands and applies material management principles that enable them to develop solutions to a variety of problems.
In this role, you will plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules and manage factory Demand / Supply in support of achieving the MRP schedules that support customer requirements.
This position is an Onsite position, based at our Marlborough, MA site.
What You Will Do:
Identifying customer owned Property, preparing shipments, analyzing material availability, communicating factory priorities, identifying barriers and solutions to enable the factory to meet plans, and taking appropriate action to ensure program goals are achieved.
The successful candidate must be able to self-starter with the ability to work in an IPT environment and coordinate activities between numerous groups and clearly communicate program material status.
The candidate must be able to lift 20lbs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
Active Secret DoD Security Clearance Upon Day 1, Top Secret; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Organized, innovative problem-solver with a commitment to following Leader Standard
Experience in material planning, order execution, and program management.
Proficient in SAP and familiar with government contracting requirements.
Solid understanding of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP, Inventory Management, and Lean Manufacturing.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
