Senior Financial Analyst - Global Services FP&A

Hologic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Global Services FP&A team. This individual will be an integral team member responsible for providing critical financial analysis and insights related to Global Services revenue to help drive business decisions and results. You’ll be joining a team of highly engaged and passionate individuals supporting Global Services across all divisions of Hologic.

What you can expect:

This individual will be responsible for supporting theGlobal Services Sales & Marketing teams, which includes oversight across all divisions of the company.

• Advise key stakeholders & business partners by providing robust financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support informed business decisions

• Analyze current and historical trends for key performance measurements, identify opportunities for financial improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Global Services and all Divisions

• Collaborate with other members of the FP&A team to produce monthly and quarterly financial presentations for the executive team

• Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership, identify trends, and act as a proactive planner who can execute in a fast-paced environment

• Support the annual strategic plan and budget process, divisional reviews and executive management presentations and communications

• Develop new and/or improve existing reporting tools

• Operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving landscape of priorities and requests

• Research finance and accounting issues

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years related experience

• Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong oral/written communication skills with the ability to summarize large amounts of data into effective key points for a non-financial audience

• Strong people skills, including the ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with various levels of the organization

• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects with varying deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

• Experience with ERP systems & planning tools (Oracle & Hyperion preferred)

• Commitment to learning and growth mindset

• General understanding of Accounting and Finance Principles

• This individual is expected to be onsite in Marlborough, MA

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,200 - 126,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
