Riverside Community Care Trauma Specialist Clinician – All Ages in Lynnfield, Massachusetts
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 6 months of active service.
Effective 6/15/22 - eligible applicants on or after 6/15/22.
Internal candidates should inquire with Human Resources about sign-on bonus eligibility.
Massachusetts residents may qualify for an additional $4,000 Sign-On Bonus through the Massachusetts HireNow Program.

Trauma Specialist Clinician - All Ages

The Trauma Specialist Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of trauma with a very diverse caseload, providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination and consultation. This clinician will receive referrals from Riverside’s award-winning Trauma Center, and will serve as a leader on trauma-informed initiatives within the program.
Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week; hybrid in-office and telehealth; schedule TBD with Program Director

Required Skills
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required
Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
Certification and/or previous training in evidence-based practices for the treatment of trauma strongly preferred, including but not limited to Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
