Tufts Medicine Temporary RN Direct Hires, ED, Registered Nurse, Premium Rates in Lowell, Massachusetts
This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a Direct Hire Temporary RN in a 3-time Magnet Recognized Community Hospital. We are offering direct hire, temporary positions in the ED. Learn about these temporary positions that are offering Premium Pay Rates.
Assignments are 6 months in length, and at end of assignment will have the option to apply for a regular position, based on availability. Sign On Bonuses may apply at that time for external hires. Assignments are available in the ICU or ED.
ED RNs may float between Main and Saints Campus, and also any of the Urgent Care Centers.
Hours requirement: 8-12 hour shifts with a 40-48 hour/week commitment. Every other weekend and holiday. These are 6 month temporary roles and are eligible for Mass Sick Time accrual. About Lowell General Emergency Department, ER: - 60,000 visits annually, 50 licensed beds, with 5 different care areas and a pediatric ED - Staffed with board certified Emergency Medicine Pediatricians- Behavioral Health section of ED - Verified American College of Surgeons Level 3 Trauma Center - Certified Stroke Center, Primary Angioplasty program, DPH SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program Required Experience for ED:
Minimum of 2 years of ED experience required, preferably Level 3 Trauma
Pedi ED experience a plus
1-2 years Critical Care experience required
BSN preferred, BLS required, ACLS preferred, TNCC preferred
Telemetry monitoring experience required
