About the role: As a Payment Integrity Specialist with KabaFusion, you will review claims for accuracy. This will include familiarizing yourself with the various payors we work with; understanding their fee schedules and contract requirements, making claims adjustments when necessary. Duties & Responsibilities: Improve the reimbursement process by identifying claims errors and making adjustments as needed prior to submittal Provide feedback and process improvement recommendations to upper management Maintain continuous, accurate, and complete documentation Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related fields (preferred) 1+ year of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare setting 1+ year of quality assurance, auditing, compliance, and/or process improvement in a healthcare setting Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
