Lawrence General Hospital Anesthesia Tech in Lawrence, Massachusetts
As the Anesthesia Tech, you will perform a wide variety of tasks associated with the operation, maintenance, procurement and administration of anesthesia within the Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities related to equipment decontamination and sterilization, to assure an ongoing infection control program.
Demonstrates skills/knowledge appropriate to patient age-related categories as defined by LGH – neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
Equipment decontamination and sterilization
Ensuring availability of supplies and equipment
Assisting the anesthetists as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma required
Previous experience in handling Anesthesia and/or Respiratory Therapy equipment and a working knowledge of Biomedical skills preferred.
