Position Summary: We are seeking dependable, professional, and compassionate Transportation Drivers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting clients to and from their destinations while ensuring a secure and comfortable experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities: - Operate company vehicles to transport clients safely and efficiently. - Assist clients with mobility aids, including wheelchairs, walkers, and car seats. - Ensure that all passengers are properly secured before driving. - Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. - Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors regarding schedules and updates. - Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers. Qualifications: - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must pass a background investigation, including CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), SORI (Sex Offender Registry Information), and RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles) checks. - Must pass a physical examination and drug test. - Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, or children is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Physical ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles Why Join Us? - Competitive pay. - Flexible schedules. - Opportunities for professional growth. - A supportive and inclusive work environment.
