Job Description:

Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a heart for patient-centered care? In this role, you will provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed health histories and physical examinations.

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses with expertise.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Prescribe medications and therapies, ensuring the best outcomes for your patients.

• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records.

• Engage in community outreach and health education programs to promote wellness.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.

• DEA Registration and Controlled Substance Registration.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of primary care practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
