Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse! LPNs who attend our career fair on March 7th and accept a full or part time position, will receive up to a \$10,000 sign on bonus! Full time (32 hours) & part time (24 hours) day, evening, and night positions available. Monday-Friday and e/o weekend required. Per diem positions also available! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you?ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. How You Care for Our Patients As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment. You will be a champion for our patients and support the team around you. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in Tara Vistas? core principles. You Bring Meaningful Experience Successful candidates will have the following: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts CPR certification Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries. Previous experience is preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
