The Big Task
Responsible for managing the schedule of Rodenhiser’s Sales Team, contacting new leads and communicating relevant information.
Key Sub Tasks
Coordinate Sales Team by managing schedules and communicating updates.
Evaluate customer needs and ensure optimal distribution of leads to Sales Team based on a pre-determined ratio, skillset, territory, lead type, and milk-routing
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to maximize lead flow.
Serve as the primary point of contact in the Sales Contact Center queue for inbound sales lead calls.
Respond to customer requests via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Monitor alerts across multiple platforms including Service Titan, Hatch and Contractor Commerce to manage lead opportunities throughout the day.
Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information.
Sales Debrief: Use a structured protocol (email, calls, texts) for effective follow-up.
Gather customer insights from sales debriefing. Inform the Sales Team. Help resolve questions/concerns. Refine proposals to secure sales.
Maintain the Sales Manager's schedule, handling both professional and personal appointments to align with daily responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales/Install Department and ensure smooth operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills; and the ability to work well with people.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time.
Ability to successfully deal with aggressive personalities in a highly competitive industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to learn complementary office systems.
