Genesis Healthcare Medicaid Reimbursement Nurse - RN (Part Time) in Hadley, Massachusetts

Part-time (20 hour) position. Flexible Hours.

Join our nursing team as the Medicaid Reimbursement Nurse - RN! In this role, you will manage the overall process and tracking of Medicaid, Managed Medicaid and Medicaid pending in order to assure appropriate reimbursement for services provided. The Medicaid Reimbursement Nurse -- RN conducts concurrent documentation reviews to assure achievement of optimal allowable Medicaid Reimbursement Nurse -- RN category. This is a collaborative role collecting information from Nursing, and other disciplines as needed, to ensure appropriate reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with a license as a RN. * At least one year of long-term care experience is preferred * Experience with basic computer technology.
