Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help drive retail sales and manage key vendor relationships. This is an onsite, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in the Greenfield, MA area. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong marketing and sales instincts and a passion for books. The position combines account management, sales promotions, and newsletter editing to support the team in achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with book vendors, resellers, and retail partners.

• Support sales initiatives by preparing materials, managing vendor catalogs, and optimizing portals like Amazon Vendor Central.

• Collaborate on promotional campaigns to grow sales of front- and backlist book titles.

• Manage and produce compelling email newsletters that drive engagement and web traffic.

• Oversee performance metrics for campaigns and newsletters, executing strategies to refine results.

• Align with marketing and internal teams to create high-quality sales collateral and promotional materials.

• Use CRM tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to ensure smooth account and project management.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, or related

• 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience (including internship or entry-level positions)

• Knowledge of retail, publishing, or education industries are a plus

• Strong writing and proofreading skills

• Ability to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or related)

• Knowledge of online ad campaigns is a plus

• Detail-oriented

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-starter
