Position: Registered Nurse 3-11 Supervisor & Weekend Supervisor
Oversee and supervise the nursing staff during the 3-11 shift or on weekends, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with Traumatic Brain Injury.
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the management team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
CPR certification is required.
