Arbor Associates Direct Support Professional - All Shifts in Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Arbor Associates is looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work in Group Homes, Dayhabs, and Learning Centers throughout Great Barrington, MA, and surrounding areas. Job Requirements Qualifications & Requirements - Must be 18 years or older - Experience working with individuals with mental health needs or behavioral challenges - Preferred but not required: MAP & SafetyCare (QBS) training - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities - Reliable transportation is required Arbor Associates is more than a Human Services staffing firm.
