Position: Community Outreach Registered Nurse – Part Time – Temporary
Location: Gloucester, MA
Rate of Pay: $27.83 per hour
Hours: up to 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexibility permitted to meet program needs
Summary: The Community Based RN is responsible for overall management of the medical aspects of the AFC and MassHealth programs. The nurse is responsible for administration of the medical/nursing components of the AFC program. S/he is responsible for ensuring programmatic and contractual obligations are met and possess a willingness to use personal vehicle to travel within the region.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree with R.N. license and five years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with R.N. license and three years related experience.
Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be willing and able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations using personal vehicle.
