Our client is seeking a TEST TECHNICIAN to join their team in Franklin, MA.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - ALL SHIFTS

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $25-$28/hr (depends on shift and experience)

• 1st shift - M-F 6:45am-3:15pm

• 2nd shift - M-F 2:45pm-11:15pm

• 3rd shift - S-Th 10:45pm-7:15am (must have recent experience working 3rd shift)

SUMMARY:

Technical background - Performs technical functions supporting manufacturing and/or engineering activities. Conducts functional testing and analysis of products to ensure operation and reliability. Runs diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting from design, test, and checkout, to modification, fabrication and assembly tasks in the production of products .

• Analyzes and troubleshoots failures using diagnostic software and test

• Obtains working knowledge of test equipment set up and use

• Participates in continuous improvement in processes, quality and productivity

• Identifies more complex failures and escalates to higher technical levels

• Identifies defective materials, highlights failure trends and maintains test logs

• Transfer daily status information to other shift personnel
