Community Strategies of Massachusetts (CSMA), a division of CRJ, supports adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities through specialized services from Day Programs, Shared Living arrangements with providers as well as over 40 community-based group homes.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and flexible Registered Nurse to oversee a caseload of adults with DDS services in their homes throughout Massachusetts.
Liaison between the home and healthcare providers, guardians, and DDS.
Oversee case management, attend meetings, and be present at medical appointments.
Train and guide direct care staff in the home regarding medical interventions including; monitoring vital signs, medication management, skin assessments, following doctor’s orders, and more.
Work autonomously within our nursing department.
Comfortable wearing PPE such as masks and gloves in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.
Nurses may have flexibility with their schedules.
1 year of Psychiatric and or DDS experience strongly preferred
Must have a current MA nursing license
Must have a Valid MA driver’s license (position comes with company vehicle)
Must undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
COVID guidelines – PPE, etc.
