** \$31 to \$40.50 per hour based on experience and shift differential ** ** \$150 Weekend Pickup Shift Bonus ** LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for our Short-Term Care unit Job Summary: *Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner. *Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures. *Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians. *Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. *Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action. *Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately. (This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.) LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for our Short-Term Care unit Qualifications: MA LPN License. Proof of COVID19 Vaccination AND BOOSTER Required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
