Tribute Home Care is looking for a full time Administrative Associate to join our team. This is a great position for someone that is customer-service focused, detailed and is seeking meaningful, mission-driven work.

A day in the life of an Administrative Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a great first impression as the first point of contact for visitors and callers

  • Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls across all Tribute locations

  • Ensuring the Framingham, Massachusetts office runs smoothly, including managing supplies, vendors, mail, and office cleanliness

  • Coordinating office events that foster a positive team environment

  • Assisting with technology needs and troubleshooting basic issues

  • Handling administrative tasks, including reports, mail distribution, and special projects

    This role is based in our Framingham, MA office Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The hours for this position are 8:30AM EST - 5:00PM EST.

    What you need to be qualified for this position

  • A minimum of one year of administrative work experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience using Mac computers

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence

  • The ability to travel within Tribute's Massachusetts service areas to visit Caregivers in the community once every other month
