Riverside Community Care Nurse Supervisor - RN in Flexible / Dedham, Massachusetts

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 at hire and $1,000.00 after you complete 6 months of service

Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Nurse Supervisor for our amazing Developmental and Cognitive Services Division!

In this important role, the Nurse Supervisor manages and participates in the provision of health services to adults with I/DD and Acquired Brain Injury.

This is a salaried position providing clinical and operational supervision of our 3 Full Time RN's and 2 part-time LPN's along with a modest caseload.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some flexibility

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required.

  • Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle

Required Experience

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Must be in good standing with the Board of Registration of Nursing. Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Member of Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA) preferred.

  • Three to 5 years of nursing experience and in the field of I/DD ABI

  • At least one year of supervisory/managerial experience
