Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, West Meadow, is located in on the main campus in Rutland, MA and an serves ASD female youth, ages 6-13, The emphasis at Devon House is to teach, coach and support our students to learn daily living skills, coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun.

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM
Evening Shift after Orientation, 1-11pm, Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday schedule
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative
Have a strong passion for working with and helping adolescents/adults with special needs
