Eliot Community Human Services Clinical Supervisor (Remote Work Flexibility) in Everett, Massachusetts
Description
Eliot’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Everett and Lynn is searching for independently Licensed Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) to provide clinical supervision to staff and provide individual/group/family therapy focused on serving children.. The goal of Eliot’s CCBHC is to expand the impact of evidence-based treatments for underserved populations in the Everett and Lynn areas. Eliot’s CCBHC is a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, case managers, triage specialists, recovery coaches, and peer specialists.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual and will able to establish effective working relationships with clients utilizing solution based interventions which best address specific problem area as identified in the client’s treatment plan. They will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members. Provide direct supervision to all staff both in the office and in the field.
Teach and model clinical interventions, strength based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent for individuals served.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on using evidence based practices.
Ensure that services are culturally competent, strengths based, recovery based, focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of individual preferences.
Ensure that the individual is at the center of all care and that all interventions are developed and provided in a manner consistent with individual preferences.
Complete assessments for all individuals on caseload.
Manage/Direct staff providing side by side interventions to individuals that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement
Manage daily Team Huddles and Team Meetings.
Complete NOMS assessments as assigned and manage NOMS assignments.
Manage the team and individuals in providing ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
Manage/Direct the development of treatment plans for each individual in which you are a member of their treatment team.
Ensure that treatment goals are culturally competent, strength based, realistic, attainable and promote recovery.
Qualifications:
Possess a current Massachusetts clinical license including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, RN, PA, APRN, MD, or be a Licensed Psychologist.
Strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use.
Demonstrate advocacy, communication skills and planning/facilitating groups.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule contingent upon program needs. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with periods of high stress.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (weekend, evening, and remote work flexibility for hybrid schedule)
Salary: starting at $70,000, negotiable based on experience
