Bear Mountain Healthcare has immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) looking to work in our Long Term Care Facility in East Longmeadow. Here at Bear Mountain you are always essential. We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate nurses to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow, for over 30 years, has met the short-term rehab, long-term care and respite care needs of patients and their families. We are a 135-bed facility that provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care, with a state of the rehab gym and hotel like suites for your loved ones. Our staff's goal is to provide the best care, and we pride ourselfs that we have staff that have been here as long as 20 years providing the best care possible with compassion and respect.
Shifts Available:
• Day (7a-3p), Weekday and Weekend shifts available AND 12 hour shifts available

Job Requirements:
• MA (LPN) license / MA ( RN) license
