American Red Cross Phlebotomist/ Mobile- Paid Training in Dedham, Massachusetts

We are currently seeking an Mobile Phlebotomist our Dedham, MA Office.
Conduct donor health history screening to determine eligibility and provide donor care during the collection of manual and automated blood units. Perform blood drive support functions as assigned. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive, professional image of the American Red Cross Biomedical Services.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.
RN/LPN or equivalent experience is required, with current state licensure as required. Minimum one year of documented satisfactory performance in Collections Technician II or Collection Technician III position or equivalent experience is required. Customer service experience, effective verbal communication and public relations skills are required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required. Previous truck and/or bus driving experience is desirable. Collections Staff that is hired with DOT driving responsibilities will be required to pass DOT physical and related requirements and be able to possess or obtain a medical certification of at least one year duration. Basic computer skills desirable. Applicable local licensure if required by state directives.
