  • Interfacing with customers to address short-term and long-term technical, operational, mission-related, and deployment requirements.

  • Determining end-user needs by analyzing system capabilities to resolve problems related to program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.

  • Ensuring that hardware and software standards are met.

  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing plans to achieve customer requirements.

  • Analyzing system performance against technical requirements.

  • Researching and making recommendations for hardware and software improvements.

  • Designing and implementing LAN/WAN configurations to support site-specific customer requirements.

  • Performing maintenance and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting problems.

  • Troubleshooting industry-standard IT systems, as well as program-specific hardware, software, and procedures.

  • Working closely with customer representatives to provide status updates and integrate customer changes.

This comprehensive set of tasks ensures that the Global Hawk program operates efficiently and meets all technical and operational requirements.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
