The RN role is now eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. Important Details: Bonuses are paid out in $1,000 increments at 30 days, 6 months and at the 1 year anniversary. To be eligible, you must be a non-BILH employee or a previous eligible employee who returns to BILH after 1 year. Employee must be in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payment. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes. This program is subject to change at any point.

BILH Primary Care is where you can truly make a difference. As the Medical Office LPN, you will be an integral part of the patient care team, performing a variety of duties to ensure quality patient care is provided.

The Medical Office LPN will work in collaboration with the Healthcare Providers and clinical support staff to plan and coordinate the safe delivery of patient care. Being a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including health maintenance, teaching, counseling, assisting in minor procedures, administering injections, blood draws and vital signs. Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Licensed Practical Nursing degree required.

Licensure, Certification & Registration: Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts board of registration. Must maintain BLS certification.

Experience: Medical Office experience is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Excellent communications skills to effectively educate and assist patients as well as interacting with providers and staff. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Ability to handle confidential information. Must have the organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
